Required Athlete Information

Required Items! PLEASE read if your child is trying out for ANY sport!!

• Required BEFORE tryouts:

  • Completed online clearance. Start HERE!
    • This includes an EL2/ATHLETIC PHYSICAL uploaded to the clearance site linked above! See the form HERE!
    • Physicals are good for ONE calendar year from the date of the physical.

• Required AFTER tryouts: Due 1 week after rosters are out!

  • Athletic fee paid online. Pay HERE!
  • Student and Parent Contracts. This will be completed with the athletic fee payment!
  • Three Compliance Videos – Turn in certificates with the athletic fee payment!
    • Concussion for Students
    • Heat Illness Prevention
    • Sudden Cardiac Arrest

 

Home Schooled Athletes will need to complete and upload more paperwork in order to be eligible to play for TCA. Below are the following additional forms that you will need. These must be uploaded to your Athletic Clearance before your player can be cleared.
