We believe that competition presents challenges similar to those that every person will one day face. Although these challenges may be on a smaller scale, the ways in which we overcome them and the lessons that we learn from them are the same. TCA’s Athletic Program is dedicated to developing virtue and character through athletics. We strive to promote team work, to conquer fears, to overcome obstacles, to look for lessons and motivation in loss, and for humility and opportunity in victory.
Most importantly, we strive to compete honorably, desiring that our students maintain virtue and humility, no matter the outcome. Mental and physical grit will be pursued, training our students to push themselves for excellence, whether in practice or during a game, leaving everything on the court.
