Any middle or high school student who wants to participate in our sports programs must have on file on the athletic clearance website a current physical examination documented on the FHSAA Health Physical Form. This form is also available in the school office. Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of the physical.

Each middle and high school athlete will need to upload the FHSAA Health Physical Form onto the Athletic Clearance website and complete the process before they are allowed to try out for any sports team.

Your student will be required to watch 3 compliance videos at home and attach a certificate of completion during the “Athletic Fee & Player/Parent Contract” checkout. Make sure and create an account for each athlete as the certificates will print out only with the name listed on the account.
We will also be hosting an Athletic Compliance Summer Jam August 7, 2023 where your player can watch the required video’s with us as well as participate in a dodge ball tournament! Register HERE!

Home Schooled Athletes will need to complete and upload more paperwork in order to be eligible to play for TCA. Below are the following additional forms that you will need. These must be uploaded to your Athletic Clearance before your player can be cleared. Please visit this link for more information about our home school policy.
