Required Athlete Information

Required Items! PLEASE read if your child is trying out for ANY sport!!

Required BEFORE tryouts:

• Completed online clearance. Start HERE!
  • This includes an EL2/ATHLETIC PHYSICAL uploaded to the clearance site linked above!
    • Florida statues require a student to complete a pre-participation physical evaluation every year, making the EL2 form valid for 365 days from the date of exam.
  • Please watch the athletic clearance video below for more help on completing the clearance.

Home Schooled Athletes will need to complete and upload more paperwork in order to be eligible to play for TCA. Below are the following additional forms that you will need. These must be uploaded to your Athletic Clearance before your player can be cleared.
