Lisa Kotasek is a mom to five fantastic children and her loving husband, Mark. She worked as HR Director for Good Counsel Homes, a pro-life maternity home, served as HR trainer for Columbia University and The University of Akron. She manages HR for Sarasota Pediatric Dental Group. Lisa is also a faculty member, teaching high school Theology and ELA, coaching girls' basketball, and serving as adjunct college faculty in Political Science (Judicial Process) and Legal Issues in Physical Activity. Lisa loves thank you cards and invites all to join the Great Thank You Card Revolution - when you receive a thank you card, write one, and pass on the circle of gratitude. She loves classical education and feels very grateful to God to serve as HR Director at TCA with such wonderful people.

Lisa grew up in Winter Park, Florida. She moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend the University of South Florida to study Psychology. She worked for AAA Auto Club South from 1992-2004 in Emergency Road Service and Human Resources. Lisa has worked at TCA since its inception in 2014. Her children are both graduates of TCA.

Kathleen is so grateful to have the opportunity to serve TCA families, bringing with her extensive experience in pastoral care and administration. With a background rooted in serving church families, Kathleen is dedicated to supporting TCA families as they plan for their children's futures. Her commitment to service and nurturing has only grown stronger as she transitions to educational support. Originally from New York City, Kathleen relocated to Florida in 2006 and has since embraced the community with enthusiasm. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children who are students at TCA, which deepens her connection to and dedication to the school. In addition to her professional role, Kathleen has a keen passion for photography. Outside of her work at TCA and time spent with her children, she enjoys capturing life's precious moments through her lens, including weddings, engagements, family portraits, and various events. Kathleen is excited to continue her journey with TCA, combining her love for service, family, and photography to make a positive impact on the community.

Ms. Tillman is a native of Florida, growing up in Manatee County and now resides in Sarasota. She attended Stetson University in DeLand, Florida graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor of Music. Ms. Tillman also earned a Masters in Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2016. She has been teaching at TCA for the last 5 of her 15 years of teaching. Ms. Tillman taught 5th grade for her first 4 years at TCA and then moved to lower school music and upper school Wind Ensemble. She is currently working on building an instrumental music program at TCA for the development of aspiring musicians, and is also the aftercare director. Ms. Tillman enjoys spending time with her two children, reading with a great cup of coffee, playing the oboe, and attending local performing arts events.

Sandra graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan with a BS in Psychology. She has been married to her husband, Andy, for 27 years and they have 5 wonderful children. Recently they had the honor of adding their amazing daughter-in-law to the family. Sandra has spent the last 26 years raising her children and educating them at home. She and her family look forward to stepping into the TCA community, developing relationships, and doing life together.
