If you have a student interested in playing any sport in the 2024/2025 school year, please take a minute to complete the required info in order to tryout for all sports! Summer is a great time to get sports physicals complete and clearances uploaded for the school year.
Requirements for all student athletes:
- EL2/Sports Physical – Florida Statutes require a student to complete a pre-participation physical evaluation every year, making the EL2 form valid for 365 days from the date of exam.
- Complete Online Clearance – Must complete this at the beginning of every school year. Click here for website!
- Athlete Compliance Videos – All 3 must be completed yearly.
