🏃 Track and Field Meet

1. TRANSPORTATION

     *We will car pool from TCA for those who need a ride.

     *Have your student athletes at the school parking lot by 7:15 AM.

     *It’s an hours drive to Port Charlotte High School, so we need to leave our campus by 7:30 AM.

     *VOLUNTEER DRIVERS-Please let me know if you can drive, and how many you can transport.

     *We will bring the student athletes back to TCA after the meet.

     *I have to be at C.H.S. early for a coaches meeting, but will be available to drive boys back to the

      school.

     *Coach McDuffie and coach Bolkema will be at the school to help with transportation.

     *TCA athletic policy does not allow male drivers to transport female students unless its his daughter.

     *PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE MEET FROM HOME.

     *WE WANT THE ENTIRE TEAM THERE BY 8:30 AM.

2. SEATING

     *There are bleacher seats, but you can bring lawn chairs.

     *No spectators are allowed in the infield.

3. WHAT TO EAT BEFORE THE MEET

     *A light breakfast, but be sure to eat.

     *Avoid dairy products high in fat.

     *OJ and water.

4. SNACKS

     *Orange slices, apple slices, veggies, cereals & grains, granola bars.

     *We will have water coolers available, but bring water bottles.
