Jump Rope Event | Kids Heart Challenge
Oct 24th – Nov 11
Students in 1st Grade – 5th Grade are doing a Jump Rope Event called the Kids Heart Challenge.
Our students jump rope in class to make their hearts more healthy and partner with the Heart Association to raise money for other kids with heart problems.
The link has all the info you need online or you may request a paper copy at the front office. Students will then receive thank-you gifts from the heart association. Dates for our event this year are Oct 24 – Nov 11. Direct any questions to [email protected].
Our goal is to have all students register online and take the challenge. They’ll even earn a free wristband for registering! Keychain collectables and bigger prizes are available for participating!
Here’s how you can help:
- Register: heart.org/KHC
- Complete Finn’s Mission: Watch a 2-minute video to know Hands-Only CPR, spot the signs of a stroke and more!
- Share with friends and family through social media, text and/or email
*Any age student is allowed to sign up online
Note: Our PE department also earns free equipment based on the total donations for our school. And this year we get a bonus of more equipment vouchers if at least half our students just register online (even if $0 is raised by some families). Thank you for your support!
