Registration Materials

Materials needed to complete application:

  • TCA’s NEW Online Application is required to be included on the waitlist *effective November 1, 2022
  • Application Fee ($15 per student, per application year) non-refundable – paid online at time of application submission
  • The online application will prompt you for the appropriate materials based on the child’s application grade and may include Prior Report Cards, Transcripts, Test Scores, Upper School Essay, Homeschool Evaluation, and any special services reports such as a 504 or IEP. An application submitted without the requested supporting documents may be returned. Email confirmation will be provided after preliminary review of a completed application, usually 7-10 days.

Below is a list of materials we will request at time of an admission offer and is required to confirm enrollment:

  • Enrollment Fee ($300 per student, $500 max per family) non-refundable
  • Birth Certificate
  • School Entry Health Form (DH 3040) or recent Physical (dated w/in 12 months)
  • Florida Immunization Form (DH 680) or Religious Exemption
  • Treatment Authorization Form (required for all OTC and prescribed medications taken on campus)
  • Transcripts (8th grade and above if high school course credit has been earned)
  • New Families Enrollment Contract
  • Parent and Student Agreement
  • Tuition Agreement
  • Enrollment Agreement
  • Photo Use Release
Registration for Returning Families (23/24 re-enrollment January 23-31, 2023)
  • RETURNING FAMILIES Re-Enrollment Contract for 23/24
  • K & 7th only– updated Florida Immunization Form or Religious Exemption
