Enrollment and Registration Information

24/25 ENROLLMENT

REGISTRATION *after enrollment has been accepted

  • Birth Certificate
  • School Entry Health Form (DH 3040) or recent Physical or Sports Physical (dated w/in 12 months)
  • Florida Immunization Form (DH 680) or Religious Exemption
  • Final Report Card from prior school (Transcript – 7th grade and above if high school course credit has been earned)
  • Florida Immunization Form OR Religious Exemption Form (Due by August 1)
  • Returning students entering Kindergarten & 7th grade must provide an updated Florida immunization record by August 1 unless a religious exemption form is already on file at the school

2025-2026 ADMISSIONS TIMELINE:
JANUARY 2025 Re-enrollment for CURRENT TCA families. A NON-REFUNDABLE $500 re-enrollment fee per student, will be required.
FEBRUARY 2025 Shadow days for prospective students who have submitted a completed application online. (*Please note-Only students who have completed all the application requirements are eligible for a shadow day)
MARCH 2025 Enrollment Offers for selected students based on space available after re-enrollment of current families. If offered enrollment, a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 enrollment fee per student, will be required within 48 hours to secure the placement.
*Please note submitting an application does not guarantee admission to TCA. We make every effort to accept all applicants within a family. Applicants who are not offered enrollment remain in the wait pool and will be contacted if space becomes available.
