Athletic Clearance Requirements

Before your student can try out for any sport at TCA, the following steps must be completed each school year:

Required BEFORE Tryouts

If your child plans to try out for any sport, the following items must be completed each school year before tryouts:

Online Athletic Clearance – Start your registration HERE.

EL2 Athletic Physical – Upload to the clearance site (valid for 365 days from the exam date). Click HERE.

Annual Physical Requirement – Florida statues require a student to complete a pre-participation physical evaluation every year, making the EL2 form valid for 365 days from the date of exam.

FHSAA Compliance Videos – Upload certificates of completion for:

• Concussion for Students
• Heat Illness Prevention
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• Sportsmanship

Home-Schooled Athletes

Home-schooled athletes must complete and upload additional paperwork before being cleared to play for TCA.
